LVIM is proud to be accepting nominations for the 2012 Medical Research and Community Service Awards.
Nominations for these prestigious awards are encouraged to honor a Polk County physician, active or retired, for their ongoing work in the medical field. Presentation of these awards will take place at The Lakeland Derby.

This is to honor a volunteer physician at LVIM who goes above and beyond.
